About Paul Clark Jr Ministries Dr. Paul Clark Jr gives direction to the Worship & Music Ministries of the Tennessee Baptist Convention. One aspect of that ministry is the TENNESSEE MENS CHORALE (you are hearing a recording of the chorale when you enter this website), and the TENNESSEE LADIES CHORUS. Dr. Clark also conducts WORSHIP RENEWAL CONFERENCES as an integral part of his consultant and teaching ministry. He is engaged in a particular specialty this year with WORSHIP RENEWAL THROUGH CONGREGATIONAL SINGING WEEKENDS, a developed ministry event available to churches and associtiational, or city groupings of churches or church leaders.
